Your maxilla is placed too downward cause of vertically excess you should look into Lefort with impaction
I mean people here have argued about this for people with vertical excess in the maxilla, i have seen good results using impaction but if you're not sure about it you can do just the BSSO but of course ultimately it depends on your XRAY exams and what surgeons think about your case, i am not that knowledgeable abt this but you can look at old threads that talk about impaction to form an opinionView attachment 3414404View attachment 3414405
Aesthetically I think it would look better to fix it this way which would make my lower third longer instead of having a shorter middle third?
