what's wrong with my clavicles

I had an X-ray of my spine because I have a curvature. Earlier, I also noticed that the protrusion of my collarbones is far from my shoulders, but it is clearly visible on the X-ray. Moreover, due to the curvature of my spine, my right shoulder is raised along with the collarbone. i think my frame is cooked

im 15,8 y.o. i have late puberty. now im try to fix my testosterone. can i fix my clavicles? I saw that in others the collarbones from birth are almost at the edge of the shoulders
