Whats wrong with my lower third(chin specifically)

Ive been tryna figure out what is wrong with my chin like when i speak i look subhuman but when i dont speak and cope with jutting my jaw forward i look good what is the flaw in my lower third that makes me look bad when i speak? 1st and 2nd pic is eithot jutting while 3rd is with jutting my jaw forward.is it the labomental groove angle or my chin is recessed and need fillers/gynoplasty
