What’s wrong with my nose/ Surgery ( HIGH IQ)

So this is my nose I just wanted more infos and actual genuine insights on what is wrong with my nose and what would be realistically achievable with surgery for blacks, before my rhinoplasty . I Did some research on my own and I think I have thick skin envelope on my nose which causes my nasal definition, nasal tip and dorsal lines to be very undefined because my dense nasal skin masks the softer underlying cartilage which ideally should look like this : more defined and tighter around the nasal dorsal lines etc.

that said I just wanted to hear more insights what maybe causes my lack of definition around the tip, nostrils, dorsal lines other than that and what procedures could help. Genuinely looking for help, if u wanna troll or say sum racist just kick rocks genuinely looking for HIGH IQ advice.

I’m not looking for alar base reduction, if it was about that than yeah seeing the full face would be necessary. I’m just looking for definition around the dorsal lines etc. ion need to show the full face for an individual feature.
