You dont think it's my maxilla? My side profile is flat, also it's not active acne they're just scars so accutane won't help.

No it's because your nostril connects to your philtrum and it's atrocious, your maxilla is fine but your infras are recessed. They aren't all scars some of them are definitely real acne

Ohhhhh gotcha, for a nose job would you recommend me going to an asian country for that or should I do it in america. Yeah I have some active acne but my pigmentation is fucked from my scars. Can you also lmk if you think my invisalign set will affect my outer appearance too.
