You're still young so no point of getting a surgery right now
it's not even that bad
I suggest just (as cope as it may sound) eating raw meat with ur inner molars, chewing hard gum, etc.
these are obviously not gonna have a big effect and u might still need to get surgery in the future anyways, but for now u should do what i said while focusing on other important areas

A bone anchored (screwed into ur palate not the usual palate expander that u can just take out) palate expander (MARPE, MSE, FME) can fix ur maxilla, for recessed chin u need genio or bimax or both tho

You dont Need surgery jet, I have the same problem with the recessed maxilla but it got better over time with puberty and a good gut health. Browridge and nasalridge also comes with puperty. Look if your dad has a good browridge or ur older brother if you have one and then you can tell how your bones will shape

This is me today and 8 months ago. I did some mewing since 2023 but that’s not important I think. I bonesmash my zygos and train my neck for jaw. And you can clearly see some results. Maybe puperty but maybe the methods
