you can but will be refused, modified LF3 tho is good in your case but pretty sure they don't have the skills

I expect your best way out it s lf1 high cut then mandible brought forward. If you had all the money in the world I would get MSE and if needed imdo since you may have lateral growth issues too

Genioplasty with chin widening
Mandible widening
Will not make a morph unless i make a 5k deposit
Said lefort 3 is unnecessary for me and thats mainly for syndromic guys
Said that zygo implants for me shouldnt be necessary
Costs twice as surgeon 1

15 mm is definitely genio included. Majority of surgeons won't go past even 10mm. So probably max of 10-12 and 3-5 mm of Genio advancement. If he's doing that plus CCW and WIDENING (provided it is bigonial widening) then hop on this ASAP. That's fixing forward growth of your entire mandible and width to provide frontal benefits.
