What's wrong with this guys face?

I have been wondering what makes this guy look off. I don't have side profile of him but atill maybe somebody knows. Like why do his facial features look so uncanny? Or is it the skull shape? I think he has an underbite but not sure. Also I don't think his IPD is the problem. His pheno is slavic so maybe that helps someone. Which (realistic) surgeries could he get to ascend? I don't think implants would help here. Also I have a better front than him but similar face shape thats why I'm asking.

Dont think his nose is too wide but lips are brutal. Better eyebrows would help a lot for sure

his harmony is bad in general like there are almost no ratios are matching well within his face
