As someone who has the worst moms customs, I prefer stimulants. They debloat you, make you zone tf out, repulse you from food instead of making u not hungry, and they give a major tdee boost

Adderall is definitely good for locking in and losing weight. I take vyvanse and I can agree with this because it’s not as strong as the addys I used to pop
