In my last bench press set today, I wanted to find out my 1 rep max and I got to 100kg bench. Pretty proud of that tbh

I havent even touched a bench in over a year, i wanna say it was maybe 135 or 145 lbs. No gym tho thats completely untrained

I gymcelled for 2 months beginning of the year properly and this is what I got to, my dad competed in lower lifting competitions and mogs me brutally I’ll try and find the video

But i havent begun my gymcell journey yet. I plan to start aroujd septemeber october i should be making enough money to be able to facilitate it. Also i weigh 165lbs if that helps put into perspective more idk

151kg when I was on Npp and test e and weighted 188lb. But my new goal is to do so that at 165lb lean on nothing.

I remember doing 100kg on a fluke and was gassed for a week. I don't do bench but I know a lot of it is down to technique.

I'm 5'3 and weighed around 135 when I repped that though:dafuckfeels::dafuckfeels: (I weigh around 128lbs now cause leanmaxxing)

TRT, 150 mg of test cyp per week.. But I was benching 245 before covid with 200 ng/dL of test

but i'm also fat so it doesn't mean shit lol
