My nose has a good shape and looks good from the front but big from the side. Cheekbones don't show too much despite being at 15 bodyfat percentage. Chin projection is bad. Generally I'd say my profile is a bad thing overall. I'd like to have an ideal profile. The rest of my features are normal.

There are many tried and true options to fix it. Despite what retards will tell you, double jaw is a very safe and effective surgery. Several types of distraction osteogeneses exist too (think MSDO) which are not that invasive, have a short recovery time, and are relatively safe. Then of course genio for the chin, if you need it. That's also just for getting your jaws out of a recessed position. After you've done that you can do fillers or implants.
