Sleep is good, but it's still not A tier
unless you get quality sleep, which is realistically impossible unless you are neet

I used the advice and took action and still ended up shitty
Maybe its just part of the process idk

I used to have massive sleep issues last year because of being on call at work which completely fucked my sleep schedule for months @Bitchwhipper2 recommend mirtazapine that and melatonin and strict sleep timings was game changer for me. Within 1 week my sleep schedule was fixed and I've gotten off those drugs and sleep like a baby now. My dark circles gone, skin healthier and I'm actually waking up early in the morning no problem instead of depending on coffee to keep me up awake
