For me its probably fiber intake, i aim for 40g daily for optimal health but it usually end up at the suboptimal level of 30g per day like a disgusting primal jester, so i get cortisol spikes

I hear you, but personally i would never do that, my immense contribution to the average lookslevel. Makes other people seem better and i love giving them that gift

everything is shit but out of all the looksmin I have in my daily life id say my sleep schedule is disgusting

if only there was a drug that would force me to sleep no matter what

I tried creating knockout gas at home at like 14

the reddit thread I read said mix ur piss with bleach and so I did as I was very desperate

Now imagen a tissue with piss and bleach on my nose hoping too just knockout:feelswhy:

uni is killing us. slept at 4am and woke up at 8am today. eyebags darker than the night sky. i genuinely don’t remember the last time i went to sleep before 11pm
It doesnt help that im trying to find a job i can work nights or weekends for soon too

Shit is killing me at the moment

Shit is killing me at the moment
i don’t know ur personal situation but that will seriously mess someone up. uni is one thing but having a night shift on top of that is overkill. don’t ruin your health anymore please. are u forced to find a job? have you taken out a loan?

Yeah my parents are forcing me to find a job because they want me to save up to do shit during the summer to make the most out of my uni life

diet, i went clean eating for 5 days and i was chiseled cheekbones popped
cldnt maintain now i decsended a bit

other than that i need a bittt more squarer chin 1.1ml
and 0.5ml each gonion. doing soon

if you start working late night, combined with uni deadlines and coursework, you’re gonna be left an empty shell of yourself come summer. any pleasure that comes after won’t even be enjoyable anymore

i used to work late nights at a restaurant before. i hated it

All I got is pregab baclofen cialis and propranolol

I think pregab might help it’s hard to say cuz I just wouldn’t finish when I was on it tho it might’ve also been bc I wasn’t horny enough
