Everyone in my family is tall for their gender/age. My cousin is fucking 6'6 (although i mog him for many reasons i won't get into) dad is 6'5 and my cousins mom (dads sister) is fucking 6'3 and a girl which i belive is very rare. Mom is 5'1 which made me 6ft lol but also gave me good frame so i can't complain

Yea you would believe that you would be 6,2 or 6,3 with a 6,5 dad. But nope. Nature is weird sometimes, or we just dont understand it

Small Skull: blast HGH (I'm not sure how good of a result you'll get though).

Please don’t bring my hopes up, I’ve never heard anything about shaving down the pelvic bone. Who does it?

My biggest flaw is obviously, in case you didn’t know by now, norwooding. So this is fixable by surgery.

Then what I can add is:
- lips widening
- jaw implant (not mandatory)
- chin implant (would improve profile)
- brow ridge implant (also to improve profile)
- rhino (not mandatory)

Other than these I believe I have a good base and could improve by 0.5 or 1 point.

Would include LL but it’s a bit risky for my high inhib.


Of course all these are not possible due to lack of money not even HT so no need for mental masturbation.

Not sure. You could ask @Lorsss since he's in the same boat as you, maybe he's done some research on it. But some surgeons do it.

I’ve done research but can’t see anything about this. I would think it would grow more popular, with women converting to men through surgeries. Shaving hips would make trannies look more masculine. Idk how they don’t already have this, but when they do I’m on it. I wonder what the price would be as well.

I believe it exists, but it's as common as clavicle surgery (not common at all), and it's probably expensive as hell as a result of that.

if you have wide hips you may undergo:
- ribcage fat graft (this procedure does not exist but you can fat graft every part of your body)

- clavicle osteotomy (Eppley does it)

- iliac crest reduction (again this procedure does not exist but maybe there is a surgeon willing to do it)

Will clavicle lengthening limit your lifting? Someone told me it will.
