how do you feel on it as compared to the traditional balanced diet

oh much better ofcourse, sleep wise, energy wise, but the problem is im activating the randle cycle constantly by eating this way, the difference tho is that on this kind of diet i atleast get alot of nutrients and minimize antinutrients

this is just what im eating currently, i also do some orange juice, i lied about being on a carnivore diet, but i see no reason now to larp after that, i wanted to set an end with that thread.
