Shit ton of people always talk about how dairy gives them such bad acne, but I've never had an issue with it. Does this just vary from person to person?

you answered your own question, it varys from person to person
It’s usually caused by the amount of androgen hormones in milk which can spike a breakout.

I get acne from food added with whey protein, but not from other dairy products
