This might be too iq for the forum and I gatekeep this but read Carl Jung’s notes on alchemy and psychology of the subconscious. It’s very dense and hard to read but it’s worth it to to better understand your own awareness of yourself which ties into these symbols

I am not saying subliminal will make you chad over night or have any significant changes on you what i am suggesting is that they might help you keep motivated to do stuff not just looksmaxxing
