My bad didn't see that last part. According to that picture it's between 30 & 35 but imho that chart is flawed

Not really I am just 75kg at 5'11" (I have shitty fat storing genetics though so it all goes to my belly)

I'm at 15 of bf and my abs are very similar to the 15 pic, but i still have fat in the lower ab

0.75 inches of fat pad seems accurate. I'm around 15% BF.
