Its alr bhai. Thats the split Upper Lower 6 times a week. So upper body 3 times + lower 3 times.

how many sets per workout? I do 1 set warmup then 1 set heavy 6-8 rapes 0 rir for each

I remember when I was a gymcel some girl showed me some guy she thought was jacked and I said “what about his legs?” (They were skinny) and she said “i don’t care”

And from then on it’s changed my perspective on legs
