What’s your favorite or best pre workout meal?

I know one of the most popular is Rice Krispie treats, but I’ve never tried it. I usually do a bagel or some cereal with milk, but I don’t think cereal is a good idea. Any recommendations?

Used to mix oats, peanut butter and banana in a bowl
