But if we are supposedly C-1, meaning we have been completely circumcised then how come there’s still any kind of foreskin? Does this mean that circumcised people haven’t lost their foreskin even at C-1? That makes little sense to me. Perhaps I think you and I haven’t been fully circumcised. That seems logical.
