I have many, one I often do is daydreaming about living the life I wish I had. Stuff like being in a loving relationship, walking around as Chad and that kind of thing

I’ve found my imagination is very realistic, it feels like I’m actually there and it’s enjoyable. Logically I know this is a really shit choice to do for my own development as a person but oh well
