Thats shit so don’t insult other when they have higher goal
there are days that I walk 6k, other days 15k and other days 30k so it is complex to tell you an exact average

15k. The app says I burn maybe 2800 calories a day from steps alone but add on top of that all the intense physical labor I do and it's probably closer to 4k. Still don't lose weight even when cutting on 2500 calories so I started fasting all week while going to work and I lost like 30lbs in 3.5 weeks. My coworkers all think I'm insane and have no idea how I'm still alive. Fucking normies buying the eat every 4 hours myth. That's why they're all fat fucks.

so what is ur eating window? like 4 hrs?

well that's extreme deficit then, even if u go big Friday to Sunday and eat 4k cals a day that's 12k cals for the week, or around 1750 a day,.which for someone with manual job like u is massive deficit.

my guess is because ur so active ur body cant adjust and save energy and lower metabolic rate to adjust for less food, like it would for most normies.

how do u avoid eating all week? I cam fast for 24 hours if I need to and it's all good, but that's cos I have a lazy af office job, and even the nits not giga easy!

Amphetamines help but I still have a colossal appetite even on high dose of them. It's mostly just willpower and self hatred fueling the cut, baby. My metabolism has always been slow as fuck. I have always had to be extremely strict in 2000+ calorie deficit to lose moderate amounts of fat with daily cardio. That's why I have absolutely no sympathy for fat asses crying about muh metabolism or muh hunger, my metabolism is slower and I have the appetite of a bear and I still stay lean and yoked. People are fucking pussies.

u sound like me, slow metabolism, gets totally nuked if I do a big deficit, and i can gain weight crazy easily too.

Vyvanse. ECA never lowered my appetite at all but I'm an outlier. I don't know anybody who is capable of eating more than me and I'm not even trying to eat a lot, I'm just a hungry fuck. Have had so many people call bullshit on me and then take me to a restaurant only to get demolished. One time I did competition over discord video call with my friend to see who could eat the most mcchickens in one sitting. I mowed down 10 of them in less than 20 minutes and he was still on his 5th then when he finally caught up I would just gobble down another one simply to stay above him. I wasn't even hungry that day too. If I was I would have finished the 20 I ordered and ordered more jfl. One time I ate two extra large(18") pizzas in a single sitting. I didn't train myself to do this shit either. Wondering if I should get into competitive eating honestly.
 
that's damn impressive bhai.

I can eat a lot, or rather could in my early 20s, but never like that. 5 mcchicken and a couple of portions of fries was doable easily, not sure about much more than that.

pizza was a good one, but even then I'd MAYBE max out at a single 18 inch, and that too only if super thin crust, not the thicker American one
