My view on it is quite circumstantial, these are some scenarios in where I think it should be permitted
- The woman is able to prove the baby was conceived through sexual assault
- The woman is below 15 years of age
- It is detectable that the baby will be born with a life-changing/threatening condition or defect
- The babies predicted height based on their parents height is in the bottom 20th percentile of their birth country, i.e. 5'6 in the USA
- The woman more likely than not would die if the baby was delivered
- The woman is able to prove the baby was conceived through sexual assault
- The woman is below 15 years of age
