Do you go for something short, medium or long? I wanna know how users in here choose their hairstyle and what they appeal for

I think hair to the side looks very good (not the nerd flat style JFL)

I’ve been growing it out and it looks great, no matter which like stage my hair is in. Most people who do that say stuff like “ughh my hair looks like that of a homeless guy” but idk personally never occured to me except in the morning. Once I lock in the moisture it isn’t as voluminous as my morning afro but actually looks like the first pic. I just use my fingers and comb everything back and it locks in place. Highly recommend for anyone with thick 2A wavy hair

Also I'd say they can be easier to style quickly if you get eviscerated by the wind. But you need to have a good hairline and not be raped by the Norwood Reaper

Very true. Grown out hair is just superior. Waiting for the foids to catch up to that idea. Low taper soyboys all just look the same and the idea of it being easier to style is completely true. Wind also often doesn’t even pose a problem because you style it a messy way to begin with and the part puts it back in it’s place anyway. Lucky I was blessed with full hair or else I’d be banished with a cap…
