I'm on an 8 week caloric deficit and need some methods of curbing hunger.
Below are the three I currently use which work pretty well.
Any other good ones?

- Skip Breakfast (I've now gotten used to this and no longer need food in the morning)
- High Fibre (Increases satiety)
- High Protein (Increases satiety. Also important for preserving muscle mass)
