I think the appearance of my small brow ridge is just caused by my insanely projected maxilla I think I would look better with a less projected one

The thing is there's not even much I can realistically do, we all like to larp about surgery but lets face it, other than the richest and most dedicated of us (or those who genuinely really need it) nobody here is getting half of these proceedures..
Like I'd like to get MSE but my palate is only slightly narrow and I'd be spending like £10k for the proceedure + invisalign and would have to be chopped for like a year of what should be one of the most sexually active years of my life in return for small gains. I had braces for ages never going through that again tbh..
Roidmaxxing is probably as far as I'll go, won't do much for the face but I'm a gymcel and physique halo ig + might help with inhib?

I don't think MSE is worth doing since you're not mega reccessed, might as well just save for a surgery or implants.

I wouldn't roidmaxx either but that's mainly due to me being giga high inhib and scared of fucking up my hormones in the long run. Plus, physique is kinda overrated imo since girls don't really like the huge buff look and prefer more athletic lean builds which you can achieve naturally anyways. If it's something you will want to do though, I won't stop you, but be sure to research thoroughly.

At most I'm willing to get two surgeries. Luckily my failos aren't super bad so I don't have to get some insanely expensive surgery with high risk. I'll probably settle for a genioplasty and lip lift and just fully softmaxx from there
