Good nutrition and oral habits will definitely help improve anyone's face given that they're under 16, past that point something like this can give you some improvements in your looks, but if you have an improperly developed face, the improvements are going to be miniscule, surgery's the biggest return on investment at that point.

But don't get me wrong, a good diet and such will 100% add at least a few points, and make other looksmaxxing methods exponentially more rewarding in an indirect way
