I get bored after 3 min, and besides in that time you can do much more efficient abdmoninal workouts, so I usually avoid them.

Boring shit exercise. It's usefull till you reach 1min+ and then you gotta make it harder or switch to diff exercises.
When I first started gymcelling I could do only ~30 seconds, but I can reach 5min now. There's no point in going that long though. I rather do weighted ab crunches and hanging leg raises.
