beets and pomegranate juice gave me the best pump u could also add ginger and orange juice

just eat any form of easily digested carbs an hour before ur lift. rice, cereal or wtv

Rice, egg, black beans, and ground beef is a decent pre workout meal (by pre I mean 2 ish hours before the workout)

no, i’ve gained 15 pounds of muscle in like 3 weeks and i’ve not been bloated once (besides before working out)

So you eat a chocolate bar and then workout 10mins after?
i eat a entire cheesecake and 3 bars mostly, ive been told many times by my dentist to lower my sugar…

cheesecake and chocolate sounds a bit grim. How's the pump?
i get a pump very easily, most likely because i’m 5,8, it does feel good but it takes like 20-30 minutes
