whats your push day

Chest:
3 sets of the TNF incline smith press
3 sets of the pec deck fly's

Shoulders:
3 sets of cable lateral raises (on each hand)
2 sets of the dumbbell shoulders press

Triceps:
3 sets of the straight bar tricep pushdowns
2 sets of the cable overhead tricep extension

I also sometimes change the amount of sets I do to 2 or 3
But that's basically my routine
