I had 48 back in my athleteing days. Now it’s 65. Probably because of all the vaping and shit diet, plus higher body fat and more muscle

any advice regarding my social anxiety/confidence issues? I brutally mog when I am drunk and can talk and become friends with anyone, men and women, but when I'm sober I become the incel of the group :lul::forcedsmile: and even get NTmogged by confident autists who can string together proper sentences

I wanted to ask you since you are one of the more NT members of this forum and also have very blackpilled takes on things
 
40 (measured with a heart rate monitor ofc) . I’m running 50 miles a week for 5 years now.

It's all practice tbh the more you try to be outgoing / loud ect the easier it becomes

Being gymcelled and learning MMA/boxing helps with confidence too, because you know if any guy challenges you, you'll annihilate him. It allows you to be loud and cocky without having to fear the consequences 99% of the time

Another thing that helps with the mental aspect is pretending you're someone else. Think in your head what would Chad do in this situation

Over 20,000KM in my carrer and my skin/legs are better than ever .

Now I'm a careless brute low inhb machine just through practice and experience

Just hang around low inhb hyper NT Chads and copy how they act. The better you look the easier it will be

But some of the most confident loud people I have ever met were ugly as sin

I am thinking that confidence = genetics + positive reinforcement, which you most likely got a lot of once you went up in PSL

ngl when people are extra nice to me (especially popular chads + staceys) I become more low-inhib, but when someone eviscerates me I become high-inhib potentially for the next few days

it bothers me how much my confidence changes day to day, and makes the people around me think that I'm putting on an act

I had to learn all of that before I started slaying

But ascending certainly helped

10k - 36:04

Never really cared about the mile, but in my intervals training it was around 4:55.

the mentalities that I've heard that are supposedly rooted in confidence are "I am better than everyone here" or "everyone is equal/I am enough" but I am unsure which is the true mindset of confident people, as people would never reveal their true mindset in life or towards other people

ngl when I meet someone who is objectively worse than me I start confidencemogging again, although this doesn't happen often. funnily enough, my darktriad friend has alluded to the fact that he believes that he is the best in every situation, and he is a gigasocialmogger

and also how do you stop giving a fuck? right now there are guys at my workplace that ignore me when I say hi to them and they have written me off as someone to be friends with. I am worried that eventually this will be the reaction of everyone in the workplace once I get to know them and I will be friendless. hard to not care about this jfl :forcedsmile::forcedsmile:

jfl I did a little experiment where I'd tell myself "I am the best person here" and it seems to have worked a bit when I tried it.

I told my normies friends about this only to be told muh muh muh if you continue thinking like that you will become a sociopath :soy::soy::feelsuhh:

funnily enough it takes away the burden of having to impress the other person in the interaction.

when I go into an interaction without thinking this way I try my best to appear to as a likeable jester who is easy to talk to :feelsgood::feelsgood: which is part of why their is so much pressure on me to "perform"

yeah I think this is why I used.to be.hella confident in the club, bars, on dates etc, cos.i knew.if anything ever went down I wouldn't be coming.off worst.

Not really I workout 3 times a week full body. I don’t go crazy

I’ve been in the gym for 3 years but only been seriously training for like 6 months
 
averages 68. The harder I exercise, the higher my heart rate is the next day. If I take a day off, it is 64 the next day. Today it is 71 because I did 75 minutes of cardio yesterday.

Thats on the edge tbh, ideal is 70-80.

Well it's because the higher you thyroid function is, the more your blood pumps to every tissue in your body to supply it with oxygen the whole time

Fasting is bad for you if you are noticeably feeling hungry yet not eating, thats just deliberately tortering yourself. its fine if you just follow your natural hunger cue. For example if you aren't hungry at the morning then you shouldn't force feed yourself.

And yes fish oil is worse then coca cola, cause at least the coke gives you readily available energy while the fish oil gives you nothing except some mild toxicity
