What’s your take on height frauding when you’re already tall?

I’m 6'4 (around 193 cm), and I’ve been thinking about whether height boosting is even worth considering at my height. Also good to mention with shoes i am around 194-196cm depending on the pair etc. I know height is one of the strongest attractiveness multipliers, and I’m trying to optimize everything I realistically can do something about and improve.

I’ve seen mixed opinions:

• some people say 6'4 is basically the ideal male height
• others claim that going above that starts to be "to much" or even becomes a disadvantage socially or aesthetically

So I’m unsure whether adding height through shoe lifts would actually benefit me or just push me into a range that doesn’t help and might affect me negatively.

My questions:

• Is there any actual benfits to height frauding to past 6'4?
• Should someone who’s already 6'4 even consider height frauding?
• If height frauding is worth it, what height would be the best/most optimal?
• For those who are tall and still height‑fraud, what was your experience?

I’m mainly trying to understand whether there’s any real upside for someone already in the tall range, or if it’s better to just stay the height i am now 6'4 my natural height.

I'm 1.97 meters tall and I've faked my height before, it's not worth it. This happens when you don't feel tall enough, and depending on the method you can end up with back or hip problems. I used to do it with socks.

Im 6'3 with no shoes, but anywhere from 6'4-6'5 with shoes. Sometimes for the fun of it I wear a small height boost, but I feel like my height is already noticeable enough. It is fun to see how different people look at you even if your height changes by a inch though.

No, I used to put a rolled-up sock, like a little ball, inside my shoe, and I did this obviously on both feet, and it made me unsteady and unbalanced. I had problems, but I stretched and got better.
