at first it sounds disgusting, but i've heard from hair stylist it can benefit some people that don't put any product but scalp and hair have to adjust first, idk tho.

i am more in favor of shampooing less often, not fully removing it

been doing it for 4 years, best thing I've ever done for my slightly wavy flat hair

i might start doing that full on, but i also found out that wood ash and herbs mixed with water clean excess dirt and dead skin but leave the natural oils.

try it for a few months if you can

i sweat alot and dont wash my hair at all and its perfect

not even water btw

If you have a good shampoo, use it. But max 2 times a week

No, i tried no shampoo, my hair was getting worser. Just shampoo 1x a week with conditioner. Dont forget to get a shampoo with natural/good ingredients like Based

Same, i tried for a week and a half (heard it gets better in a month) tho conditioner makes my hair flat, but good shampoo is a must.

I've been doing it since July & have noticed far less dandruff & my hair looks nicer.

It took 2 months for the oil production to stop. Just use water, go out in the sun, and eat well.

Don't spam it and you will be fine, most of poor quality shampoos contain sulfates that dry your scalp out
doesnt affect me tho
