My waist is 31.5" on average, and I have had trouble all my life finding pants that fit, I actually have to buy 33"or 34" pants so that my legs fit comfortably, then either have them taken in at the waist or wear a belt. I don't understand how a man with a 28-30 waist even buys pants.

All my pants are so big they fall down without a belt. I wear my belt on the smallest setting and it’s still slightly loose.
