How do you alternate them? Push -> Pull -> Legs -> Push -> Pull -> Legs and then you rest on monday??

No push up for your subhuman genetics

Sunday: pull
Monday: push
Tuesday: legs
Wednesday: pull
Thursday: push
Friday: legs
Saturday: rest

Tbh I thought at first that this routine was extreme but since it was made by a fitness yotuber I went a long with it and surprisingly I'm not fatigued.
Must be the Jewish genetics or the fact I'm 19 :feelskek:

I used to do push ups but it became too easy, dips work the exactly same muscles jfl

It doesn't seem that extreme, I workout 5 days a week and I could see myself extending that to 6 days a week with ease

Rn it's just maintenance because I'm mmacelling so only 8 sets per week per bodypart. I do chest, back, shoulders, abs and legs. No arms because it's a waste of time and effort.

switch wrist curls on your push day with another tricep movement that will hit the long head of your tris, e.g. overhead extension. Tricep pushdowns won't cover that sufficiently on their own. Also add squats to your leg day unless your back is literally broken.

Looks like a solid program overall though
