It’s so brutal. Whenever I see my dad’s huge hands and wrist I feel like roping. Nearly every boomer I see has 8+ inch wrists.

Yes, I’ve seen a lot of transformations where their wrists, hands and forearms get much bigger. It’s risky though, you can see they get GH sides on their faces.
