In this picture he has good ratios & features. He isn’t balding, has a relatively small forehead, has a square chin, good FWHR, nice lower third, decent mouth and good eye area.

oh yeah i mean typical decent looking ethnic. But nothing striking. I don't like his eye area it's a bit too much feminine. And his face is too tiny.
this small forehead is a symptom of a tiny skull, therefore short ramus, and all others issues in lack of dimorphism.
