Ethics have lower standard than whites so 7 ethic is a 7 but less good looking. But the 7 ethic will receive same treatment as 7 white as their looks are less expected as such.

The 9 asian should be 7
The 7 white should be 6
The 9 black is an 8
The white 6 should be 4 but the ethic 6 is a 6

or just projecting what they wish a person is because it'd make them feel better in comparison
