ujust didnt understsand what i mean i have little too bulky body i just wanna like some natty or semi natty things to get faster rusult i know i should do a calorie defcit but there is no app that lemme calculate with my own age they are mostly 20 or 21 plus

Just go out and walk more than 10,000 steps a day. Eat very low-calorie foods during the day to hold out until the evening; then eat plenty of protein and include some carbs so you feel full and don’t wake up at night with food cravings.
