When a surgeon is too old to make surgeries?

It’s one of the worst things ever. Especially if he’s a Good one

when he can barely stand on his feet, hold his instruments and quickly forgets
 
There was a guy who was 100 and still performed surgeries!
 
I would say 70 depending on health. 55 is considered prime for a surgeon. Realistically for most probably high 60s.
