When and how to implement Arimidex

My e2 is extremely high and i easily convert test into estrogen but everytime I do research on Arimidex it’s just weird. They say to only take it when needed but it’s very toxic but the half-life is only 48 hours. Just seems weird. Shouldn’t this be takes every other day than because I used to do only when I thought I needed like once in 2 weeks and that ended up giving me extreme moon face
