The most attractive Asians have relatively forward-projecting maxillas, relatively high and projecting nose bridges, and double eyelids.
Caucasians have these traits to even greater extents.
Imagine you’re an East Asian living in East Asia in the 15th century. The hottest guy in your village, Chang, has the most forward-grown maxilla you’ve seen, and all the villagers consider his maxilla to be the ideal. Chang is perceived by his villagers like Gandy, O’Pry, Maher, etc. are perceived by us today.
Then, a very good-looking European traveller arrives in your village, and everyone is flabbergasted. The European’s side profile looks like Chang’s profile taken to the utter extreme. You’ve never seen a White person before this, so you view Asians as just what regular humans are. The White person to you looks like a fooking alien who has the bone structure of a morphed Asian, morphed beyond the bounds of humanity.
When Asians 1st saw Europeans from the side, the Asians probably reacted the same way we react to this morph:
You right now probably perceive Asian people’s side profiles as flattened and perceive Caucasian people’s profiles as normal. On the other hand, people who only lived in Asia and never saw White people would most likely perceive their fellow Asian people’s profiles as normal not flattened. Therefore, the Asian natives would perceive Jordan Barrett’s profile the same way we perceive PSL morphs: comically exaggerated.
