When can I start getting super lean if im still in puberty ?

Currently I'm on 12-14% BF. I will be 18 in july. I weight around 67.5KG rn. Should I be in a slight surplus while I gymmax for frame and hormones? I eat clean but I really wanna achieve pure facial leanness. I started hitting the incline treadmill everyday like 3 weeks ago. Should I keep going?

Any tip???

Ideally, you (or anyone for that matter) shouldn't be counting calories at all. If you know how to listen to your body and have properly functioning appetite control, you'll instinctively know exactly what and how much you need to eat and achieve optimal leanness naturally, without malnourishment. Idk where this whole idea of calculating everything came from, but it's completely unneessary. Just eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full. It's that simple.

coco water, sodium flushing, no sugar, no many carbs (only from organic fruit), sleep more, ice face in morning or use deblout serum

With my metabolism and diet, I wouldnt get malnourished, but im scared to stunt hormones cuz i fast every morning and in the gym too. I do incline cardio so Idk if time shall tell.

I do all those, so i think i just need facial leaness, or I might b just boneless for now :lul: but wtf is a debloat serum?

like seld made serum with healthy and skin glwoing ingredients, look it up on tt or on here i bet there will be a recipe (i have never tried it myself)
 
I burn around
walk 20-25k steps a day

i burn around 700-800 calories from gym and walking and eat once a day a huge meal with lots of nutrients, idk if i while stunt my hormones cuz I dont get enough calories or just try to loose weight. Im not an ectomorph, but my metabolism adapted so if i eat like 2100 i will gain weight even tho i gymaxx idk if its fat or wtv but i feel morally bad

I'll make a detailed thread on how to achieve optimal leanness easily soon. You're also not gonna stunt growth or anything by not eating for a couple of hours, at least not unless you do extended fasts (several days to weeks) or chronically undereat.

I fast for like 5-6 hours and break my fast always with eggs and high quality protein. but idk if its over :feelswah:

Stop overanalyzing everything. 5-6 hours is nothing and won't do any harm to you whatsoever. It would be bad to force-feed breakfast in the morning if you're not even hungry. Just listen to your gut (literally).
