Can you start it in your teens or could it stunt growth. I’m almost 18 and I’m kinda disappointed with my size so I think I might have to start soon…

I gained 0.5 inches from 16 to 17 so idk. I’ve also read that people with big dicks usually grow until their 20s. But would PE theoretically stunt growth?
