I don't mean collagen or skin damage. Whites in general just have very different adult features relative to their features of childhood
Look at this 20 yr age difference between these White and Black actors
Admittedly a small sample size, this still shows the more pronounced facial changes of Whites compared to Blacks. The two Black actors look relatively the same from a facial proportion perspective. Their facial ratios seem only slightly affected. Whereas the Whites have different midface ratios with age.
The bone growth around the nose, brow, and jaw are much more noticeable in Whites. Facially it seems a European trait to have a changing face, where a constant face is more African. The White children seem to have more puggish features where in adulthood their features become taller. Whereas the Blacks remain with their shorter nose, the White maxilla grows downward.
This creates the illusion that Blacks either maintain their youthful appearance through life OR that they are simply born with their adult face. This is probably why in childhood, Blacks look more adultlike whereas in adulthood, Whites look more mature and Blacks more childlike.
