All companies no matter the race of the guy that does the hiring tend to be cucked asf and would rather keep reposting the same internship job posting 7 months in a row without having hired anyone for it, than hire the average qualified student applying for said low paid internship.

A few friends of mine have told me how Indians only hire their own and not middle easterners, whites, or asians, but my experience has been that the only way to score a job has been through connections and attending job fairs rather than the black hole that online applications and job boards are.
