When did the “carnivore diet” get rebranded as the “primal diet”?

At least “carnivore diet” was a more accurate description of that cope diet (aside from milk)

But now it’s inaccurately called “primal diet”, when the OG human “primal diet” is fruits, insects, small quantities of meat, and whatever else could be found by foraging
