I personally discovered it at kinda late 15’s when I saw blackpilled videos in YouTube and saw incel and lookism terminologies, which I later investigated online and found looksmax.

I briefly found the red pill in 2021 but quickly realised I had nothing to learn from it and had failed with women despite acting in a red pill way already. In search of more answers I ended up here. Brutal to get black-pilled at age 28 and have my prime behind me but this place clearly has the truth of it.
