was it after you have lost enough BF or created enough hypertrophy in your abdominals?
 
whether they'll ever show is largely genetic and many people lack rows on the bottom entirely.

sub5 people get them including those who were skinny and fat before their gym era.

you aren't going to get to sub 5 without killing yourself in the process.

the leanest most people can sustainably stay is around 10-15% for some it's a little higher for some it's a little lower, if they don't show up at a level that you can function at you're pretty much just fucked even if the insertions are technically there.

somewhere in the middle of 10-15, if you're too lean you'll only appeal to homosexual men and maintaining any sort of size below that is increasingly difficult without drugs.

the reason natural bodybuilders look kind of flat isn't because they don't have the muscle, it's because they deflate from glycogen loss at stage bodyfat.

Start doing gymnastics and u will get ur lower row to show
 
my oneitis does that and she has abs
indeed. if u want a beautiful physique you have to incorporate some gymnastic/calisthenics work

this is the best advice from non me on this forum, made my day, i will do this

ok this is the dumbest question since space has nothing to do with physique

just go to a local gymnastic park, but u can do alot with just a pullup bar and some equalizer bars at home aswell if u do not have access to a calisthenic park.
